Preconditioning and Aeration Cells

  

	Our bespoke pre and post sterilization cells are tailored to our client’s cycle requirements ensuring maximized cell and utility usage performance.
	Our 3D concept and detail design facilities allow the client to visualize completed concept and layouts before our detail design commences saving client time and project delays.
	The cells are fabricated from cold room 80mm insulated panels with steel coating giving a durable wipe clean internal and external surface. Our door options offer fast action loading and unloading type doors, traditional insulated sliding doors and blast doors meeting design requirements.
	Supply and extract Air handling units and ducting are designed to give an even airflow throughout the cell and give a variance across the cell no greater than 1.5oC. Circulation fans, heating units and filtration are housed within the air handling units allowing for easy access safe maintenance.

 

Control and Monitoring
We suggest for a stand alone control and monitoring system based upon our standard Modicon PLC with HMI interface together with 9 column paperless chart recorder. We offer integration of proposed control and monitoring system with other site systems.

Installation
All cell and cell equipment arrives on site as far as is practical fully assembled.
Cell structures are assembled on site using pre-cut panels allowing for easy installation on site reducing site time and client inconvenience.

Commissioning and Qualification
All equipment supplied by Prism will be fully commissioned and process qualified in line with the clients requirements.
